Spoonwood Dental Partners provides creative, targeted programming for its
practices, cultivating good dental hygiene and building relationships with communities.
Making affordable, effective preventive oral health care available to all patients—even those without dental insurance—is a core facet of Spoonwood Dental Partners’ mission. That’s why we provide all of our practices with the Preventiv-Care Dental Plan, a tiered membership program that provides routine care for a set annual fee.
This program provides young patients (14 and under) with an incentive to adopt healthy oral health habits. Kids who are cavity-free at their six-month exam get their name on the practice’s Cavity-Free Club board, and they are entered into a raffle for a $100 gift certificate to a local bookstore or toy shop, which is also a great way for the practice to strengthen ties with other area businesses in the community.
Our practices host occasional (often once a year) days when local people—patients and non-patients—without insurance or with limited income can receive a single exam and procedure, free of charge on a walk-in basis. Procedures include cleanings, fillings, x-rays, and extractions.
